Having an item in your cart does not hold or guarantee the item -- you must complete the checkout process to secure an item.
"DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?"
- The UK, EU nations, and other countries will charge additional customs and VAT fees/taxes which are the sole responsibility of the buyer -- please understand the VAT taxes of your country before purchasing.
- Orders that are in customs are outside of my control and can not be refunded because they are "stuck."
"WHERE IS EVERYTHING?"
- Most of the items posted for sale are original illustrations and they're usually grabbed quickly, so keep those eyes open. I post new items every few months and give a heads-up when that will be happening via twitter/instagram.
"WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?"
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for orders to ship. If you selected international shipping it's likely to be a lot longer. If you picked up a commission, THANK YOU, but it may be quite a while. Pre-Sale items are expected to take 5-6 weeks, or as otherwise noted on the sales page. Feel free to check in with me if you have any questions.
"WAIT, WHAT ABOUT PRINTS?!"
- I love prints, and produce limited or timed runs now and then, but unless you see it listed here it is unavailable, or more likely never existed. Once a print is gone it's gone, sorry.
"WHAT ABOUT COMMISSIONS?"
- I will post in the shop when my commission list is open. I usually give a heads-up when that is going to happen on instagram and twitter. Thanks!
